Everything Is Energy
Everything is made of this.
This page begins with a simple idea: everything is energy. I mean potential itself: the infinite, conscious energy within everything.
It cannot be created or destroyed.
Energy does not vanish. It continues through every transformation, remaining present even when the form we recognize is gone.
It is always changing form.
Space, time, dimensions, force, attraction, movement, and form become possible through this energy. What exists is always capable of becoming something else.
It permeates through and connects everything to one.
This energy expresses itself through physical, spiritual, emotional, and conscious attraction. It draws matter, people, ideas, experiences, and possibilities into relationship.
God = Energy.
I do not mean electricity or physical power. God is both the source of all potential and potential itself. God, Higher Power, Allah, Ram, Yahweh—these and all names of God are names for the same thing: this infinite, conscious energy. Consciousness is God taking individual form.

The symbols and waves show unity without sameness. Each has its own frequency, height, and rhythm, yet every one is still a wave. We are distinct expressions of the same conscious energy.
E = mc². m = mass. c = speed of light.
This equation does not define God. It reminds me that matter and energy are connected and always capable of changing form.
We do not control this infinite energy; we participate in it. Through consciousness, intentions, choices, and actions, we influence how we move within it. This does not mean every painful event was chosen, attracted, or deserved.
Page 3 quieted the mind so I could notice what flows through me. Page 4 turns my attention toward the flow itself. I am never separate from God, never the whole by myself, and never outside the whole. What I intend, choose, and do matters.
