The beings that have a highly evolved consciousness, that are from other realms and planets, millions of years more evolved than our own, will not use something as primitive as radio to communicate with other life, because to them it’s only intelligent if they are using telepathy and psychic communication—where the awareness can travel to any place instantly because the singular unity consciousness is already there, at all points, at all times.
So they will communicate with humans via telepathy, and they have been for a long time. They have no reason or desire to communicate with beings not evolved enough to use telepathy—so they only communicate with humans who are in tune with and have developed this ability.
