Reality, Belief, and Energy
This page is the foundation of the book. It represents my belief that reality is not something we simply receive; it is something we participate in creating. The ideas we repeat become beliefs, and those beliefs shape what we notice, what we expect, how we act, and ultimately what we experience.
The symbols bring together things that are often separated: masculine and feminine, earth and spirit, the four elements, energy, geometry, mathematics, and consciousness. E = mc², the golden spiral, the Flower of Life, infinity, and wave-particle duality all point toward one central idea: everything is connected, everything is in motion, and reality has both visible and invisible dimensions.
When I say that we choose our experience long before we have it, I do not mean that we control every event or that people deserve the painful things that happen to them. I mean that our repeated thoughts, beliefs, intentions, and actions prepare the way we meet life. Our inner world becomes the lens through which we experience the outer world.
This page asks us to become conscious of what we rehearse within ourselves—because repetition can become belief, belief can guide action, and action can shape reality.
