An invitation to return through breath, observation, light, sound, love, and the awareness behind thought.

Words on the page

Notebook Page 3 transcription

Quiet the mind, and all will flow through you.

“Meditation” — Medium — media — Middle — “In between” — Awareness.

Sit so that you won’t fall asleep—eyes closed, heart open.

Focus on your breath. Make it like a wave. In / out. In / out. In / out. Picture a sine wave coming toward you.

Observe your thoughts. You are not your thoughts. You are the observer, pure consciousness.

Imagine a tunnel with pure white light at the end. Move to the light. Feel Pure Love coming out of the light.

Listen to the cosmic hum in your ears. Repeat it in your thoughts.

Ring a bell. Replay the resonance in your mind. This is “OM,” the Mantra—“Mind Vehicle”—for Ascension.

Spelling and capitalization follow the finished artwork.

Quieting the Mind

This page is an invitation to become still enough to notice the awareness behind thought. The words “Meditation,” “Medium,” “media,” “Middle,” and “in between” point me toward the quiet center where I can observe experience without being carried away by it.

I begin with the body: sitting so I will not fall asleep, eyes closed and heart open. Then I follow the breath. I imagine it moving like a sine wave—coming in, going out, rising and falling. The breath gives my attention something gentle and steady to return to.

Thoughts will still appear. The practice is not to fight them or force the mind to become blank. I observe them. When I say, “You are not your thoughts,” I mean that a thought can pass through awareness without becoming my identity or controlling my actions. I can notice it and let it move on. In that space, I experience myself as the observer—pure consciousness witnessing the movement of the mind.

The tunnel and pure white light give this inward movement a direction. I picture myself moving toward the light and feeling Pure Love coming from it. This is a spiritual practice that helps me orient my mind toward love, openness, and connection.

Sound becomes another path into stillness. I listen for the cosmic hum in my ears, repeat it inwardly, or ring a bell and follow its resonance after the sound fades. I think of “OM” as a mantra—a “Mind Vehicle” that carries my attention away from distraction and toward Ascension.

Page 1 showed how beliefs shape the lens through which I meet reality, and Page 2 offered keys for changing direction through intention and action. This page brings those ideas inward. Before I can choose what to rehearse, I have to notice what my mind is doing. When I quiet the mind, I become present enough to let breath, love, and awareness flow through me.
